ART I ESCENA 2015 // SANT SEBASTIÀ STREET, MOIÀ
The neighbors of Sant Sebastià Street, a former medieval suburb, were direct participants and gave their houses to artists and the public. Houses and homes became spaces of creation and were intervened with artistic installations, dissimilar performances and haute cuisine. It was a physical, social and historical immersion in the guts of a historically fascinating, architecturally lively street and – for a day – artistically vibrant. The festival was conceived as an artistic, scenic and gastronomic day. Thanks to the energetic participation of new talents and new visions, we have examined the execution of a transversal project. This festival was organized by Ex Abrupto, Kal viñeta, Can Giravolt and Les Voltes de Sant Sebastià. It counted on the collaboration of the neighbors of the street of Sant Sebastià, Amanita Sound, Cultural Association Modilianum and Ister Graphics. With the support of the City Council of Moià.
